| E-4 Responds to "Is Big Business Buying Out the Environmental Movement?" July 3, 2007 |
|
| Shepherd Express recently published an article on June 21 written by Phil Mattera on the recent interest of big business in going green. Mr. Mattera, Research Director of Good Jobs First, implied that big business is only interested in going green because they want to capitalize on the current popular momentum or make up for past mistakes. E4 contends that while this may be true, instead of focusing on the negatives, we should be looking for better opportunities to collaborate with big business and to share our knowledge, not tear down their efforts. | |
